Front flange mounted hydraulic cylinders

A range of cylinders mounted on a circular front flange, with a male threaded rod-end. These cylinders are made to order on short lead times and can be manufactured up to 5m stroke (customer to specify stroke length). Bespoke flanges can be manufactured and mounted to custom specifications.

  • Maximum working pressure 210 bar.
  • Bore diameters available from 25mm to 250mm.
  • Test pressure 300 bar unless otherwise stated.
  • Can be used as Double-acting, Single-acting pull or Single-acting push.
  • Cylinder material: ST52.3 DOM and CDS tube DIN2393 I.S.O. H8 & H9.
  • Headbush material: Cast Iron - UNI5007–G25 unless otherwise stated.
  • Rod material: Standard Grade EN8 DIN UNI CK45, Hard Chrome Plated, minimum 25 microns.

  • Fully upgradeable to marine specification.
  • 350 bar Heavy Duty range of cylinders.
  • Alternative rod and bore combinations available.
  • Full range of alternative rod materials available, such as : NIKROM 500 Chrome plated Stainless Steel grades 431S29T / 316L / 304.
  • Fully Stainless Steel options available.
